How do I know what database to use?

There are too many options and I do not know where to start!

Answer

1. Think about your topic. What subject is it in?
2. Go to https://mcphs.libguides.com/az.php (OR, go to the library's website and click A to Z Databases).
3. Click on "All Subjects" and choose the one that is closest to what you want. If you are not sure, click "Interdisciplinary."
4. You will see a list of 3-5 "Best Bets" plus a longer list with additional options. Best Bets work for most questions.
