Why do I have to take these information literacy courses?

The three INF courses are meant to provide you with increasingly sophisticated knowledge and skills regarding research and the use of information. Those skills are crucial for your time here at MCPHS and beyond.
Each of the three courses is strategically placed throughout your curriculum. Instructors will have a sense of the information you should be aware of. They will expect you to be familiar with these topics/skills.
The INF courses are also a requirement for graduation. They must be completed before a student will be allowed to obtain their degree.
