Do students have the same view and see the same information as I do in the Grade Center?

No, students see their grades through the My Grades tool. The information presented in a different format.
The following information is always hidden from students:
- All other student's grades, even in groups
- Secondary Display (the letter, score, or percentage displayed in parentheses in the grade columns)
- Column description
- Any column showing the "no symbol" icon
- Any color coding
