How do I add additional content areas under the course menu in Blackboard?

If you're looking to add additional content areas into the course menu, you can easily create new content areas:
- Go into your course and make sure Edit Mode is on.
- Click the "+" sign above the Course Menu.
- Select Content Area.
- Type the name of the content area in the Name field and press Submit. You should not make a content area available to users until after the content has been added and is ready for the students to see.
Remember to reposition the content area in the order you'd like it to display -- you can easily drag/drop in the content menu to relocate items.
